At Unit 54, our daily CrossFit programming is designed to challenge and inspire you, offering a comprehensive class that includes all the core elements CrossFit —constantly varied, high-intensity functional movements. You’ll train across a wide range of modalities, including strength, cardio, gymnastics, and endurance, all aimed at building well-rounded fitness. Each workout is scalable to all abilities, making it accessible to both beginners and seasoned athletes alike.
In addition to our CrossFit classes, we offer a dual program system with an alternative option: Everyday Fit. This program is tailored for those who want to focus on functional strength and fitness without the more technical movements found in CrossFit. It’s perfect for anyone looking to improve their health, strength, and conditioning in a simpler, more practical way, while still receiving the benefits of a high-quality, coach-led workout. Both programs run side by side, allowing members to choose the path that best suits their goals each day!

barbell
Our Barbell Class is dedicated to helping you master the technical movements of Olympic weightlifting. Offered several times a week, each session focuses on one of the key lifts—such as the snatch or clean and jerk—breaking down the movement to refine your technique, build strength, and increase power. Whether you’re new to weightlifting or looking to perfect your form, our expert coaches will guide you through drills and progressions tailored to your skill level. This class is a great way to enhance your lifting proficiency and confidence in a supportive, focused environment.
Baby & Me
Our Baby & Me classes are the perfect way for parents to stay active while enjoying time with their little ones. These baby and kid-friendly sessions follow the same daily programming as our regular classes, offering a full CrossFit or Everyday Fit workout with some modifications to cater to the unique needs of the group. With a supportive atmosphere, both mums and dads can work on their fitness without having to find a babysitter. We provide an onsite, experienced child minder for the duration of the class, so you can focus on your workout without any distractions.
Engine
Our Sunday Engine Class is all about building cardiovascular endurance through monostructural conditioning workouts. This class focuses on longer, steady efforts, usually utilizing cardio machines like rowers, bikes, and ski ergs. Designed to improve your stamina and aerobic capacity, the Engine Class is perfect for those looking to enhance their conditioning in a simple yet challenging format
